We offer services for professional production of jewelry products and custom jewelry, tailored to your designs or requirements.
To order a jewelry product or custom jewelry, please fill out the form below and describe your requirements in detail. Please fill in the fields to indicate your contact information, product type and gold color, you can also attach a design to the form.
Upon receipt of the completed form, the price of the product or jewelry will be calculated, and the value will be sent to the contact information provided. All products have passed the probationary inspection, have probationary marks and manufacturer’s mark.
Once the price is agreed and all the details are settled, an advance invoice is issued in the amount of 30% of the declared value. The invoice is sent to the e-mail address specified in the form.
After receiving the transfer, designers create a three-dimensional image of the ordered jewelry product, the production period of which is from 5 to 10 days, this image is sent (if it is a complex product or at your request) to the e-mail address for approval, and you make corrections or approve the design.
Once the design of the jewelry product is agreed and approved, it is sent for production, the average production time of a custom jewelry product does not exceed 21 working days, provided that the product does not have special additives and rare jewelry elements (in this case, the deadlines are set individually).
